First Due Entrapment

In the afternoon hours of the above date, Station 51 was dispatched along with Station 56 (Marydel), Station 46 (Dover Fire), KCEMS and DSP Aviation (Trooper 4) for a MVC with rollover and entrapment in the 3300 block of Hourglass Road. Command 51 arrived on location shortly after dispatch and confirmed one subject, heavily trapped. Once units from all agencies arrived on location, multiple extrication methods were utilized to safely remove the patient from the vehicle. Once the patient was extricated, the scene was placed under control and all units returned to service with the patient being transported. Assistant Chief D. Fox had the command.
