First Due Shed Fire

In the morning hours of March 14th, Hartly's volunteers were alerted along with Station 56 (Marydel) for a shed fire in the 70 block of Tack Shop Lane. Command 51, under the direction of Chief Fox, arrived on location minutes after dispatch and reported a 6'x10' converted truck trailer with fire showing. Crews from Engine 51-2, Tanker 51-5 and Engine 56-1 worked together to extinguish the fire and preform overhaul. Once the scene was placed under control, 51 and 56 units returned to service.
