Hold your next event at the Hartly Volunteer Fire Company.
The newly renovated Newlin E. Wood, Sr. Memorial Hall can accommodate up to 350 people for weddings, receptions, reunions, corporate events, and parties with room for dancing. (500 if no dancing)
All meals are catered by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Hartly Volunteer Fire Company.
The length of the rental will be limited to four (4) hours after the meal is served. Rental can be extended for one hour at an additional cost of $100. Nothing is to be hung from the ceiling or on any walls. No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. Any alcohol must be purchased through the fire company. The rental fee for the Newline E. Wood, Sr. Memorial Hall is $600, which includes a janitor fee. Half the hall can be rented for $300 this can accommodate 175 people. We have both round and banquet-size tables available. Linen service is available for an additional cost.
We can provide a full-service bar with many payment options. There is no additional cost for bartenders.
Meals are catered by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Hartly Volunteer Fire Company. All meals are served buffet style and are priced per person unless otherwise noted.
Oven Fried Chicken
Meal prices include a selection of meat(s), one potato (mashed, baked, scalloped, parsely & butter, candied sweet potatoes, potato salad, baked beans OR macaroni & cheese; choice of one vegetable; and cole slaw, apple sauce, beets, pickles, rolls & butter, sweet iced tea, unsweet tea (upon request) & coffee.
Extra: Potato or vegetable $1.00 per person per extra item.
One (1) Meat Dinner: $16.50 per person
Two (2) Meat Dinner: $18.50 per person
Three (3) Meat Dinner: $21.50 per person

The Auxiliary will purchase, prepare, set up, serve and clean up the entire meal. Meal prices include dinnerware. If napkins, plates, and forks are needed for desserts, other than when already included with the dinner, an additional fee of $25 will be charged. It is the renter's responsibility to be knowledgeable if any guests have food allergies.
At the conclusion of your event, all leftover food will be the property of the Hartly Ladies Auxiliary.

Credit cards are now accepted for rentals and bar purchases.
