Assist Cheswold On A House Fire

In the early morning hours of September 3rd, Hartly's volunteers were alerted for the Tanker Company to assist Station 43 (Cheswold) with a working residential structure fire in the 700 Block of Fast Landing Road. Once Tanker 51-5 arrived on location, crews went to work assisting with overhaul and extinguishment operations on the roof. Crews operated for approximately 2 hours before being released by Command 43.
